What kind of support would I provide?
Support is based on the individual’s approved service plan and may include everyday routines, personal care, meal preparation, and participation in the community.
Does my loved one need DDD services?
This option is offered through eligible DDD-funded services. We can discuss your loved one’s current services and coordinate next steps with their support coordinator.
Do I need experience or training?
You must meet the requirements for the position and complete the required training. Hearten will explain the process and guide you through onboarding.
How much will I earn?
Pay depends on the position and authorized services. We’ll discuss the applicable rate before you begin.
Does Hearten handle payroll and paperwork?
Hearten handles payroll and service billing and provides guidance on documentation. Employees remain responsible for accurately recording their time and completing required service notes and training.
How often will I be paid?
Hearten pays employees weekly through direct deposit.
