Hearten LLC supports young adults with developmental disabilities as they transition into adulthood. Founded in 2023, Hearten was created in response to the unique challenges young adults face as they move beyond school and into the next chapter of their lives.
Our mission is to provide a supportive and empowering environment that fosters independence — defined at Hearten as building confidence, making meaningful choices, developing daily living skills, and participating fully in the community. Through individualized behavior support, vocational skill development, community integration, and life skills training, we help each person move forward at their own pace.

In September 2024, we proudly launched the Hearten Day Program, a dynamic and welcoming space staffed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and a dedicated team experienced in working with adults with developmental disabilities. More than a daily program, Hearten is a vibrant community where young adults with autism are encouraged to explore their interests, build relationships, and strengthen the skills that support long-term growth.

At Hearten, we believe in nurturing potential and honoring each individual’s life story. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every participant feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Together with families and the community, we help young adults navigate a meaningful path toward a fulfilling, self-directed, and independent life.
Welcome to Hearten!
